Position Overview:
This full-time position is ideal for an experienced sales professional who is eager to contribute to the growth of our IT business in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and markets within the IT sector.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets and revenue goals.

Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position our products and services effectively.

Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, digital campaigns, and referrals.

Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our IT solutions.

Conduct negotiations with clients and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or a related field.

Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and industry trends.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
